Some new characters may also appear in the second season as well. Ayane Sakura will return as Rin Asano and Kenjirou Tsuda (Manji). You should also totally expect to see Tatsuhisa Suzuki (Taito Magatsu ), Eiji Hanawa as Sabato Kuroi , Eikuu Shizuma will play a Shunsuke Sakuya, Sousuke Abayama role will take Shin'ya Fukumatsu, Jouji Nakata as Kagimura Habaki , Kashinkoji will play a Umeji Sasaki, Masato Obara as Araya Kawakami and Nozomu Sasaki as Kagehisa Anotsu.

The Plot
The skilled samurai Manji is immortal, because worms live in his blood, capable of healing any wounds with lightning speed. However, eternal life for Manji is a heavy burden that the ronin is forced to bear until he fulfills the promise given to the nun to kill a thousand "unworthy". One day, fate confronts a samurai with a young Asano Rin, whose parents were killed by Kagehisa Anotsu, a virtuoso swordsman and founder of the Itto-Ryu school.
