The magnificent short story compilation, Short Program, by the illustrious Mitsuru Adachi, has been adapted into a sensational live-action drama that boasts none other than the internationally acclaimed boy group JO1 as its stellar cast. In a groundbreaking feat, all of the JO1 members will seamlessly embody the lead roles in each of the meticulously curated eleven episodes, each of which is bursting at the seams with a multifarious range of themes, encompassing an array of elements, including but not limited to, music, sports, and action. So, where exactly will these eleven exceptional young men, who are all fervently pursuing their respective aspirations, end up? Only time will tell.

Short Program Season 2 cast: Who is returning?

We are expecting exactly the same characters to return in the upcoming season might as well. Shinjo Kohei will play a Ohira Shosei alongside Sugii Kazuhiko role will be played Kawashiri Ren. Along with Sato Keigo (Tahara Shohei), Fumika Baba (Michiko), Sayu Kubota (Sakamoto Tomomi), Natsumi Okamoto as Ichinose Chisato, Uehara Kenji will be played by actor Tsurubo Shion, Yahagi Honoka as Tanimura Nao, Toda Seiya role will play a Shiroiwa Ruki and Kono Junki (Matsumura Wataru).
