The action takes place in the 1940s. Marina Quiroga from Galicia, being a young woman whose origin allows her to be in high society, has an amazing craving for finding and revealing a wide variety of secrets. Despite the dangers, the girl continues her work, seeing this as her own vocation. An unknown serial killer committing brutal crimes, day after day, kills women who have one thing in common, which is that they were all prostitutes at the time of the murder. In addition, investigators manage to find a strange fleur-de-lis left at the crime scene.
Marina, watching the events taking place, makes a difficult decision to sort out this case. She embarks on an investigation, hoping to find and arrest the perpetrator. Marina knows that delay can lead to more human deaths. Her company in this matter is her butler and faithful comrade Hector. However, at the same time, personal problems pile up on Marina, slowing down the progress of work.
