The returning of action TV Series will consist of 6 total episodes. They will be available to stream online on Prime Video right after release. Pilot episode starts on Friday, January 3, 2025. TV Series episodes will premiere every week on Fridays. More detailed episodes list presented inside table below.

The Rig Season 2 cast: Who's in it?
We expect practically identical characters to back in the second season as well. Emily Hampshire will be back as Rose Mason and Iain Glen (Magnus MacMillan). You should also totally expect to see Mark Addy (David Coake), Calvin Demba (Barry 'Baz' Roberts), Alwyn Evans role will be played by actor Mark Bonnar, Martin Compston (Fulmer Hamilton), actor Abraham Popoola as Easter Ayodeji, star Nikhil Parmar as Harish Sarabhai, Heather Shaw role will play a Molly Vevers and Lars Hutton role will play a Owen Teale.
About The Rig
Magnus and his crew are stationed on the Kinloch Bravo oil rig off the Scottish coast. When a mysterious fog and tremors cut them off from communication and the outside world, they strive to discover what's behind the force. A major accident forces them to question their loyalties and allegiances, revealing generational fault lines. Amid suspicion and deception, the crew forms new alliances while breaking old ones. The crew must confront forces beyond their imagination, testing their limits of strength and resilience in a game of survival.
